Bees get a bad rap, honestly

I used to get super scared every time a bee came within a mile of me, like unreasonably scared

Once upon a time, I was allergic to wasps. Supposedly I'm not anymore because I was immunized or whatever, but they still scare me silly, on account that they could theoretically kill me and I don't carry an epipen just in case

Because of that whole thing (and the needles that hurt like a S.O.B.), I wrote off bees as a threat as well

Honestly, I have never been bothered by bees unless I had something sweet on me, but they just inspect it and fly away

Now WASPS on the other hand have a death wish at this time of year. They know they're going to die soon, and no longer care

I mean, if I knew I was going to die soon, I probably wouldn't care either

Bees can only sting once each, it's a last resort for them if they feel extremely threatened

Wasps though... they can go as many times as they want. Great for killing small bugs, but I wish they didn't target us human folks
